2016 Placements

Good morning from Japan, Summoners & Riot!

So yesterday I decided that I'd do all my placements with few 5 min breaks in between. I ended up going 10-0 by the time I finished.

My big question is... Why am I Bronze I ?

I mean at least Silver I or something but not even that. When completing my placements and seeing the results of me being placed in Bronze I is a bit questionable. Whether or not it might be in relation to previous rankings , that shouldn't matter right?

Last season was a nightmare queuing with people afk'ing/ rage quitting/ or pretty much trolling the team to death where there was no point in reasoning with the non compliant player.

Does anyone have any answers, or is this season's ranking system more strict/ or messed up/glitched?
