I wish champion rolls in ARAM carried over so people wouldn't dodge games for it.
But I don't know if such a system can work with re-roll refunds, probably not, on the other hand if rolls are carried over we probably don't need the re-rolls refunded.
Not that Lulu is bad, but I don't want to play her all the time. Every once in a while I'd like to play a champion I like without somebody quitting the lobby cause they didn't get what they wanted...

I feel that. Game really likes to give me Maokai 8/10 ARAM's. When I do get something I want and it's dodged, games like oh hey guess you should just be a tree instead.
Lulu is legit as fuck on ARAMs though.
i think the cap for aram rerolls should depend on the size of your champion pool.
when you have every champion in the game, the chances to get one you just dont like are much higher than if you have a dedicated aram account (yes there are people like that) with a small champion pool, so you always roll one of those specific champions.
imo having every champion in the game should get you a maximum of almost 10 rerolls right now.

As a lulu main I find this post offensive.
The same happens to me whenever I get Katarina.
That's why as a Lux main, I don't play Aram.
How aram works: Oh you own that champion? Time to dodge!

If you want to play a specific champ don't play aram
I find lux so boring though, you just fishing with Q till you hit so you can insta burst em down.
