@Riot Meddler Have you thought of changing Rylai's to be more of an AP assassin item

With the assassin update it felt super weird playing the AP assassins other than Leblanc who were melee and had no new items to work with after the protobelt nerf, so i was thinking since AD assassins have to speed them up maybe making a conditional slow or active that makes your next ability slow or something like that could give Akali and Ekko something to build other than one damage item into tank/

I feel like if you are going to change keeping it somewhat more geared to assassins could keep it away from control mages who already have enough CC in their kit, two birds with one stone i would think.

Just my thoughts but would love to hear some of your plans on keeping Rylai's a healthier items or giving AP assassins more items to work with that aren't geared towards mages.
