Make Camille's Passive physical for every champ the first time

I really don't want to have to take a bad trade just to get the shield to change to physical.

I played a Camille vs Camille top lane, she got a physical shield on me, I got a magical shield on her. That shouldn't happen. At level 1, I'd rather have a physical shield vs a caster, even someone like or , than a magic shield vs "insert fighter here."
