Can't quick cast W

Well while playing Illaoi, Ezreal, Kayle, I faced a problem that I can't quick cast W, for Illaoi I can't leap to enemies, for Kayle can't heal allies have to tap it several time to activate the spell, I have tries to put the setting back to default and set it to quick cast all but didn't work. If any of you guy run into this problem, and able to fix it, please help.
