New champion is broken

Okay this new champion that riot has created is quite interesting. She has a unique kit in what she can do and I personally like the idea that they have made. But this new champion is by far the most broken champion i have seen in my history of League. Her scailings are way to high. She is the only champ i know that can beat out a Shyvana with the same build and level and have more than enough health left over to keep fighting. Riot please nerf this champion I refused to play her on pbe and i refuse to do so on live because i cant have any fun at all with that champion in my games. On or against my teams this champion really takes to fun out of the game for other players, probably not the person playing her but everyone else yes.
