Spell Bar

I play ARAM and I have a blast but at times it frustrates me. Is there a way to move the spell bar to the top of the screen? When I play top (which I mostly get lately) my field of vision is blocked because of the spell bar. By moving it to the top of the screen I can have better vision, instead of keeping my Champion at the bottom of the screen to get as much vision as possible.
