Can we please give

Distortion ult the same 1 second timer of ult before she can return back? As it is now without point and click cc you cant punish her for making "risky plays". Tho honestly in the case of leblanc I think she should have atleast a half second delay with bother her distortion return and ult distortion return. If you agree, let me know! If you don't rather than just down voting me, tell me why because maybe I'm the one missing something. Thanks friends =]
