QoL changes for Rework Sona

I've been playing a fair amount of Sona after the rework and there are a number of QoL changes I'd like to see done.

Updated from Discussion: For her Q, could we please get a refresh mechanic on it if it is consumed on a minion? For example, should the Q aura buff on an ally be utilized on a minion, should they reenter the aura, they regain the buff. This also allows Sona to pair well with ADCs that may not clear early waves well. It also solves the problem of there often not being time to make decisions on whether or not to utilize it on a minion or an enemy champion.

For Sona's E really is mostly just fun for Sona. The one small change I'd like to make to this would be that if an ally remains within Sona's aura while they have the speed boost on them, it is automatically refreshed to its maximum duration (basically it only falls if you leave the aura for the entire duration of its current effects).

Other than that, I've generally been enjoying the rework.

Yeah, how about NO. Ever tried to clear a minion wave as Sona to prevent a tower going down? Ever been the unlucky person attempting to partially clear and hold a super minion wave while you wait for a teammate to revive?

Sona has really really bad wave clear, if you take away the functionality of the additional damage being usable on minions at all... you even further dumpster poor Sona's lousy lane recovery potential. At least old Sona could get an additional 20 regular damage per auto via the aura between Sheen procs and Q casts.

1st proposed change - unnecessary - I find this an interesting lane decision that further emphasizes Sona's proactive laning. When the Sona player needs to make the decision to poke, she needs to take into account her position, the enemies, and her adc's position. If the adc is last hitting, and you attempt to go for some poke, regardless of whether it was old Sona or not, the adc would probably focus on the cs they are trying to take. Thus, you get your poke rotation off, and you go back into a safer position to wait for cd. If you really wanted your adc to take the initiative and use the proc, you can just ping or type in chat, which is the same as before as well. While you may argue that this is ineffective, even though this method lets you do way more damage than before, this brings into question the power of champs in team play and solo queue. Some champs are more effective when you have good communication with your partner, some are not. Sona is one of those champs. if you don't want to communicate and work together to get better results than before, than play a different champ. I do not see how this is any different than a Tanky high cc champion like leona or thresh, where if you want to go in, you have to make the same decision making process and take into account your adc's position. If your adc is not ready, and you decide to go in on an opportunity and you die, it is your fault for not making your intent known (or the adc's fault for wasting the opportunity, which can happen in your proposed situation as well). Why does it have to be any different for sona?

2nd proposed change - while the speed boost feels lack lustre on allies, the self boost is much appreciated and I don't think she has any particular problems regarding this.
