Binding mastery/rune pages to different champions

Hello riot!

I had this idea which I think could improve the experience when playing this game. We have all forgotten to choose the right mastery or rune page when playing the game. And this doesn't only affect you, but the entire game, since you can lose your lane pretty easy if you have your AP page when playing AD Carry. This idea could also lead to less flaming in games and all that bad stuff because the chance of losing lane is smaller.

So as I said, it would be really cool if you could bind your mastery and rune pages to a champion, and if you wish to change, that is an option too. Opinions are welcome, if you think of something that I didn't say.
