Why....

Why are all the people that are reliant on mana (mages) getting nerfed I understand people are tired of just blindless waveclear mid but the real problem lies with the adcs the fact that adcs are all that matter means mages just blindlessly spam and then go bot lane if they nerfed adcs we wouldent have to nerf mages because then mages would have a bit less of a reason to go and camp bot lane with the jungler
