some ideas to negate toxic players

Recently i have noticed many unfair things going on inside the leauge cummunity one of which is people getting banned or chat restriction for being toxic now i dont condone being toxic at all but here is the problem i am being faced with that needs to be fixed now here is the problem. playing with new people or friends on leauge when they do bad or make mistakes i see them get cruely judged or trash talked which is called others being toxic to them now thats not a big deal we can always report them but here is the problem many times it can trigger another player and they can argue about it over and over until somone mutes the other or they just keep going at it but even when the player mutes them the other play can provoke enemys to be toxic and even report the non toxic players and i have seen it to much so i think maybe adding words that will flag your attention or ingame admins will help sooo much!
