Issue with Taric's Bastion

Not sure if this counts as a bug, but i have noticed that if you are out of range of your target when you cast Bastion, Taric will run towards them BUT once in range will not actually cast the spell unless you re-select the target. This can be super annoying when your trying to save an ally with a shield and heal, but Taric just walks towards them like a lump.
