Matchmaking is broken

Playing ranked is too hard. I'm silver II, I was in my promos for Silver I and lost it. Maybe you're asking why. Because in my team I had 2 unranked players, and others 2 being Silver I and Silver II. HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE?! I LOST MY PROMOS BECAUSE I HAD PLAYERS THAT PLAY RANKED FIRST TIME. I lost it, but I continued to play, and I got into another promo with one free win. I lost that too, again, unranked player playing ''support''..Fix this, you should make something that puts us in champ select with player with same rank or almost the same, like Silver I only with Gold V/IV and Silver II/III. This is totally broken. People are quitting league because of this problem, in fact, low elo players, because being diamond you can't have unranked in your team :/ Just take a little care for us, low elo players, because it's nightmare and frustrating. This is teamgame, not a game where someone does something and others just don't know what do to or how to play this game. This is outrageous, fix this and maybe players won't quit League.
