Kog buffs? @Riot

Personally i dont think kog'maw is that bad but he does need a buff. Personally i would buff his early game and bring back the thing that would make ur w reduce cast times. Do u think kog'maw needs a buff or do most people just dont know how to build/play him? Plz give us some ideas on potential buffs
