Anyone else lagging?

When I load, everything is fine. As soon as ANY action starts, my ping immediately spikes up to about 400+ instead of my normal 41 (for those wondering why it's so low, I live in Los Angeles, so I'm close to the servers :P) so I'm wondering why this is or if anyone else is experiencing the same issues :S
