Tank META OP

Okay, so I just want to throw it out there that tanks in this game right now are so broken, annoying, stupid, dumb, unfair, and the list goes on. I have seen people build full tank, yet do more damage than a full AD builder. My boi Tyler knows what he is talking about in the video. How is a full tank fizz gonna do more damage than a full AD Jhin.... Oh wait, I forgot it was rito we were dealing with here. So many champs(garen, illoi, gnar, etc.) build almost full tank, yet looking at the statistics, you find they did more damage than the ADC. Honestly, how broken can this game be, this has to be fixed ASAP. Those of you that say, "it's because they have high base damage so they can do a lot of damage," THATS THE WHOLE PROBLEM RIGHT THERE KIDS, WHY DOES A TANK BUILDER HAVE SUCH A HIGH BASE DAMAGE, ITS JUST MAKES THEM ABLE TO BE EXTREMELY HARD TO TAKE DOWN, AND ABLE TO DO TONS OF DAMAGE. Fix this meta now please. Thanks!
