Skarner Rework

Hello league player and Riot Games too,

I was wondering because I play nearly everyday Skarner if Skarner gets a rework in the future? Because just because he brings Dominion now to the Summoner's Rift he doesn't feel like a good champ or something like that. Because the only good thing about him is that he can 1v1 people in the area and he can catch 1 other enemy out of the fight "easily". I'm just saying it's easy because I'm ins silver and there for me, nobody knows how to play against Skarner. I know that you can get easily kited (Idk how to write that word xD) and Zhonyas or QSS is an easy counter.

He is just really strong if he is in a 1v1 or in his crystal zone. and the only really skill needing skill is his E - Fracture (so god damn slow laugh) the R - Impale needs 0 skill (in my thoughts at least) and the future (or already is) zac R after his rework just would do it way better than Skarner's R.

So I think that he really deserves a rework. Maybe Skarner's R can be a skill shot where he can get enemies by distance and doesn't need to be really near him or maybe just the others get stunned around the ulted one. The Q - Crystal Slash should make way more than just a little bit more damage. The W - Crystalline Exoskeleton might buff more than just his movement speed. For e.g. Ivern's shield gets damage and slow if it pops off.
