@RIOT Memo from latest company meeting

Unfortunately it seems Riot employees where unaware of the latest company meeting. Because only me and the Janitor attended I was told by President and CEO to pass along his words to other Riot employees.

"It would be careless if such a large company would spend so much time creating fancy intros and cinematics while ignoring long term issues with their game launcher. Therefore I see it fit we reallocate a portion of the our budget to fixing issues with our launcher such as allowing download progress to be saved , stalling during patching , random can not connect to servers and other issues of similar nature. "
