Suggestion for sion

nerf his e damage so that he isnt just sit in lane shiv off 1/4 of my opponets hp with one ability scorch and comet then go farm forcing my opponet to lose all of his cs or die. Nerf his e damage but buff his q damage so that hes better at beating mistakes and not just make you useless
