I just recently played a game where kha`zix isolated q did jack shit damage to a teemo wen he blinded me. Is this like a thing where teemo can blind abilities? I guess it is fair to say that teemo has double my base hp so it could just be his tankiness (no tank items). Is it the same with rengar q, viktor q and such?
Show us a video or at least a screenshot of the game state.
Kha'Zix's isolated Q shouldn't be blocked by it from what I know, but Rengar's and the auto attack buff portion of Viktor's Q should each be blocked, since they're just auto attack buffs, whereas Kha'Zix's Q is a point-and-click spell.
It's possible that it is blocked, but it wouldn't make much sense. Either way I wouldn't expect you to get a very conclusive answer from the boards, to be entirely honest.
