Drastic changes brainstorming

I wanted to share with you some changes to League as a whole with the idea of being a complete overhaul of certain kit mechanics.

Disclaimer: I'm sure there are a lot of things I didn't consider about which champion(s) would be extremely OP in this scenario but those are all things that can be worked on, I'm also aware that such level of changes would be huge resource-wise.

  • True damage available only as high and extremely gated by CDs damage spikes.
  • No more Summoners Spells, Teleport will be available through spending golds in mono use item (like DotA 2) and capped at 1 item in the inv (If your inv is full you get to sat it from base as elixirs that "autocast" when you buy them with a full bag).
  • Damage and Attack Speed significally reduced over all the roster (and items).
  • Hard CC can only happen as a combination of multiple champions interactions and it can't be chained for more than 1.5 ≤ X ≤ 2 seconds.
  • Removal of most CC immunities.
  • Slows max value set to 25%.
  • Some Mages get access to a new mechanic that allows them to channel their spells, consuming more mana but increasing their damage (spells that are already channeled will gradually consume mana and get bonus damage and their other boons, like range, over the channeling time).
  • Some melee champions get access to a new mechanic that allows them to Auto Attack while moving.
