Mastery System broken

Can someone please tell me how Rito actually scores the mastery system because it doesn't seem to make any sense.

Your cs was pretty abyssmal. By end game, most junglers are picking up lane minions as they push waves. Also wards placed factors in somehow, so other J4's who take sightstone or Tracker's Knife skew the stats for anyone else trying to get an S- or better.
looking at ur teams and items i dont think u did to much damage pretty sure u ks alot but mastery system is not base on only damage.... im pretty sure u should got alot better grade going tank items.
