Add a checkbox/sliding scale/something for your preference on surrendering

Game is clearly over, yet one or two people don't see it this way (30 kills to 5, all your towers destroyed and none of theirs, etc.) you fed, teammates fed, whole team fed, whatever--everyone has a bad game time to time, but I don't really see a reason why we can't have like-minded people group with each other in this regard, so that people who don't like surrendering can duke it out to the bitter end with other like minded people, whereas people like me, who rather move on to the next game ASAP, would prefer to feel less like a hostage in an unwinnable game.

edit: I figured Team Builder was the easiest place to add this option, but really, if you could add it everywhere, that would be great too.
