Normal Draft pick

Disclaimer: First post and not looking for upvotes or downvotes, this is just my opinion... I took the day off and I am sitting in an autofill queue for the first time in ranked.

Get rid of normal draft pick and make the support role more enticing ...... We have blind for normal and ranked ... This should help queue times tremendously. You will have to forgive me about not having ideas for the support role, but the first option will help greatly as well. I am sure there are many counter arguments, but it does not seem a lot of people care about normal draft pick as the meta is enforced there just about as much as ranked.

Thoughts?
