Why do my ranked games have such bad matchmaking????

This game was absolutely ridiculous. A buddy of mine and I decided to try to get into S4 today and we were enjoying a string of wins that we put together by being positive and having good communication. Every match was closely matched as far as the skill of all the players in the game. Then this F*&$kery happens.

In what world does a bronze 4 adc and a newly rank 30 account get matched up with 3 Silver 5 players to duke it out with 4 silver 4 players and a bronze 1 player.

Before you say, LISTEN TO THIS PLEB SILVER PLAYER SPEAK LIKE HE KNOWS ANYTHING, this would be the equivalent to a Silver 4 and a Bronze 1 Player being teamed up with 3 Gold 5 players to fight against 4 Gold 4 players and a Silver 1 Player. Sounds pretty crappy doesn't it?

OH WAIT your a Master Level Player so these small people problems dont apply to you. Okay then Imagine being in Master with your 2 buds and you get queued up a Platinum 4 Player and a Gold 5 Player to face off against 4 Challenger level players and a Master Player.

Sounds like an Instalose right? Sounds like a FF20 game right? No? How about that Plat 4 player is your Top Laner and the Gold 5 Player is your ADC?

Yeah okay I'm ranting a bit and yeah we all get these games but my question is why and isn't there anything that can be done to remedy this when it happens.

I get this all the time especially when I start to get closer to my promos. I understand that the higher rank you get the harder the games should be but this type of game is unwinnable. It literally proves nothing. Is setting me up for failure mean that I'm not ready for the next rank because I call BS on that one. Why does the Match Making System even think that placing a bronze 4 player in my queue make any sense at all. That is a difference of 4 Ranking tiers?!

Does anyone else experience this as often as I do? I'm stuck in SIlver 5 because of it I swear I'd be in at least Gold if not for it. Don't think so? Add me and lets play a game, I've laned against diamond tier players and won plenty of times. I even won a game before with a Master player on the other team and solo killed his beech horse in his own jungle.
