Can Evelynn not have her AD/AP scale with points into Hate spike?

Its one of the relatively few abilities in the games in which ranking it up, causes the AP/AD ratio of the ability to increase. I would like to see the ability have a static AP/AD ratio if only because it allows some flexibility into perhaps putting into point into Ravage earlier, rather than be forced to rank hate spike up first.

It just doesn't fit her either because she generally doesn't get played as an assassin, so having her "scale" as the game continues doesn't work. Or make Ravage deal magic damage. <_<
