It'd be nice to have an 'affirmative' ping.

Sometimes it'd be nice to know that your team has acknowledged your ping, so you know it hasn't fallen on deaf ears. Maybe this would reduce ping spamming as well, as one "Gotcha." would make everyone know that you were, in fact, going to assist that Ashe.

I know we have the thumbs up emote, but it'd be nice to have something a bit more broadcast-like.
