Since the new team builder thing is coming...

Is there any way we can get a true solo queue mode? I don't want to play with duos, I don't want to play with trios, I don't want to play with premades of any sort against or with. Please? I just want to join a game with all random people and let the chaos reign. I don't even care if it's ranked or not.
