Can we just disclose the whole "BUFF AATROX" argument?

He's a decent jungler and a horrible laner. Lets just accept the fact that Riot fucked up, there's no point in countless threads talking about how underpowered he is. Let us remember that ANY CHAMPION IS BAD IF YOU CAN'T PROPERLY PLAY THEM. There is even a diamond player who mains Aatrox in the jungle. Just because you aren't seeing good Aatrox players doesn't mean he is in desperate need of major buffs.
