With the upcoming balance changes to Azir and rylais,I feel as if these buffs were preemptive for the rylais nerf.I will state this now,they arent anywhere near enough.Instead of just typically sejuaning Azir,could we repeal the nerfs to his W the last time around?Or at least try it on the PBE cycle with the rylais nerf.
My guess is, assuming he's still more of a troll pick than anything after 6.24, he'll get more buffs. However, I think people are underestimating these buffs just like people underestimated 6.14 nerfs. If you would've told me that 6.14 was going to gut him 'till late game, I would've laughed and ignored it. Well, that and a slight meta shift and he gets dumpstered practically anywhere. The same goes here. It looks small, but it's possible that it's a bigger buff than people realize.
