Anivia Changes

In light of how powerful stopwatch is, I think it's time to take a look at anivia in the same way. If it's too powerful to have a stasis effect before 10 minutes, then it's too powerful to have that passive attached to the best waveclear mid in the entire game.

She has very strong base damage that use to be countered by a poor mana economy, but it's been a long time since mana has been an issue with her. It's not that any of her numbers are too high per-say, she's just too safe. Her auto attack range is long enough that she is very safe csing and can dish out decent harass vs any mids. Her combo isn't very hard to dodge, but if it hits it deals about a third or more without building any damage items.

I like her identity as a wave clear disruption mage, but there needs to be a way to punish her early, or more of a cost for her to use abilities. I think moving her passive back to 10 minutes, or making it weaker early game and have it scale up as it progresses would be the easiest ways to change her.

Thoughts?

High mana costs, has the lowest mobility stats with no dashes & whatsoever, Q speed being a lot slower than Gragas's Q, Stopwatch rune is available at 10 minutes, I feel like she's punished enough.

Stopwatch doesn't give you -40 armor and MR while also leaving you targetable. Anivia is made of glass already anyway unless she's stacking a RoA - which is never going to happen now that Seraph's is mandatory on even less mana-hungry mages.

Any champ with a dash is going to get stomped by her and the wall wont do a single thing. Pick Kassadin, Corki, Lucian or Ezreal into her. Or any assassin. And see if your top laner can draft Ornn.
