@Rioters - AP/Armour item

Just for a test - make an item that is 3000 gold of pure stats, include armor and AP, don't even give it any active, just make it 99% gold efficient like Maw is without it's passive and don't make us to stack it, release it on OCE or Russia for two weeks, and see how Zhonya's is never ever bought before 50 minute mark.
