Kayle's Divine Blessings (W) bug/incorrect information
Kayle's W heals Kayle for the full amount but when healing allies, it's reduced. Nowhere in the skill description that says the healing is reduced when healing allies.

Has to be a bug; I've played shut tons of Kayle and never once observed that to happen.
It's in the ARAM aura buff. 50% reduced healing on allies.
