Can we make jinx playable again?

Literally 0 impact until the game is over, squishy and immobile and gets dived and abused by every single jungler/mage support/ziggs out there, and just in case you do actually win lane it doesnt matter if ur 5-0 because you do 30 damage autos to any top laner with a tabi, until you complete 3+ items.

Its a shame because i truly do enjoy playing her, but picking her right now (or any other adc thats not caitlyn/jhin) is pretty much trolling.
