[help] i'm experiencing extreme frame rate drops

I have a decent Rig and i'm experiencing consistent Frame Rate Drops every 2 seconds regardless of what the graphical settings are set to.

I would always have 75 FPS on average due to Vertical Sync and also because my monitor supports that Frame Rate. And now when I play I have Frame Rate drops betweet 5 - 20.
