Expect assassin winrates to drop after 8.1

I just want to thank Riot for finally making defensive runes a viable option with adaptive stats. Playing something like a mage with only 5 bonus starting armor if we went resolve secondary(mages got no extra armor stats btw) felt terrible. At least now going into resolve second will be a lot more viable for many mid laners.
