armor vs health/health regen
i wanted to see if armor should be buffed in the sense that if you do not build lethality you cannot do dmg
there are a lot of health/health regen items so taking dmg with full dmg/ap is balanced as it is
i also wanted to make sure that if you dont build magic pen then there should be no way to just max ap to be able to do dmg on someone who builds full magic resist items
i am aware there is no cap on ap or on dmg items(more reason to make the game more difficult by buffing the importance of lethality and magic pen items with armor/magic resist)
there are only a few armor pen(lethality) items


full dmg items
(just some of the strongest dmg items without including crit/lifesteal attack speed items that also deal in dmg towards health/health regen builds)

please give suggestions on whether you think this is balanced or not based on the number of items suggested in comparison to the runes offered
negative comments are encouraged if you can give a reason to why you think this is a bad idea with match history evidence
