I really think Riot needs to calm down a bit

I can't say with full certainty (I barely played in s3, and started to play ranked and actually get into LoL in late s4) but to me it seems like Riot is just making way to many changes in such a short span of time compared to any other time. I feel like im playing a different game than what I was 3 patches ago. Why does every single patch now have to bring up radical changes that completely change things. The past couple patches have brought things that fucked up the game and fucked with the community, and then just being nerfed or changed again in the next couple weeks. Yeah I know change is good, but when Riot just constantly projectile vomits new things, to me at least, it ruins League.
