WEIRD IN GAME INTEREACTION?????

i keep playing matches with ahri and when i q my enemy raptor camp and get the kill on at least the small ones i get this weird game interaction of a man saying "a tragic end... some other crap" HAS THIS HAPPENED TO ANYONE ELSE and what is it, i tried it in a custom game to show my friend and it worked. he is also clueless
