Idea for Lux Shield Buff

I propose that, while moving forward, Lux's shield increases in strength for every ally champion tagged. On the return path, it would shield for the highest amount reached.

I think this would be a great way to add some depth to her shield aside from "throw it out in a team fight". After the recent PBE ult buffs, a lot of people are talking about how the shield should have been looked at instead. This buff promotes more thinking about when and how to angle it in a team fight and also pairs nicely with the change made a while back (where the shield moves faster on the return path).

Although the shield would still feel fairly "meh" in the laning phase, I think that it should remain that way and become a stronger team tool. Let me know what you guys think!
