Phantom dancer or Shiv on Jhin

Currently you can get 100% crit with 3 items instead of 4 now. (2 zeal items + IE) and I find it to be super fun on Jhin. I never know what's stronger on Jhin between PD or Shiv though.

Before, you only had 1 extra slot for another item when going full crit (usually it was rageblade) now that you get 2 it means you can tak on lifesteal with BT or Scimitar as well.

( ) are the only items i've been able to get to so far.

I'm thinking of making frozen mallet the last item for extra HP or guardian angel if the enemy team has assassins that target me. Randuins is a good choice too. Unless the enemy is struggling to get to me then I'll go for one of these.

The shiv/PD are the main issue i'm having with the build. I'm not sure what's better on Jhin
