Better champion purchase information

Whenever I look to purchase a new champion, I'm always frustrated that I have to look outside the game for detailed information. There are a lot of vague phrases in use by the current information tabs concerning champion skills in the store that are, frankly, unhelpful when attempting to pick one that I could understand. I believe that's the general purpose of the champion purchase section anyway, to inform you about your potential choice and help you find one that suits your taste.

For example, some champions have buffs or debuffs that last, according to the skill info "for a short while" or something like that. There should be an "expand this" button (just like in game, when you click the little helmet icon on your champion's portrait, it'll expand and show you detailed stats).
