Is this reportable? Pink ward hack/exploit
Putting a pink ward on dragon makes the pink ward untargetable...can I report people for doing this or is it intended?

report it as a bug. they changed dragon and baron a long time ago so people couldn't sneak wards under them in this way. it seems with the new map and models, this got overlooked,
It's a bug.
It falls under constructive use of game mechanics.
Don't think you can/should report the player for it, in all honesty I throw wards at Dragon without paying attention to where precisely I'm putting them (sort of a, running by/through and realize it's not warded so I throw one down). Don't think it would be reasonable for me to be punished if I were to accidentally throw a couple in an untargetable area.
A player in my game kept intentionally putting them down at dragon.

Of course you can't report people for it; it was only changed in the first place because so few people knew that you could attack move to kill the ward.
p.s. I suspect you can use attack move to kill the ward.
It's not a punishable report because it's a system bug, they redesigned so if you did throw it down where they spawned, when they spawned they pushed EVERYTHING aside, this even happened with Heimer turrets and other champion created mobs.
File as Bug Report. Also providing a picture/video really lets them see the issue occurring.
