...at least a week and half after his release because he'll be permabanned in both Ranked and Normal Draft whether he is UP, balanced, or OP. Can we seriously have a new way to guarantee what champion we can get so I don't have to wait a week or more to try out new champions? Blind Pick, by the way, is definitely not the solution here because that's practically like playing the lottery when it comes to a new champion.
