Why was Rengar's Bola nerfed again..

BAD V6.9: CAST TIME Mostly 0.25 seconds but sometimes** 0.125 seconds ⇒ 0.25 seconds**

GOOD V6.3: Bola Strike Cast time reduced to** 0.125 seconds from 0.25.**

I understand this:

> TARGETING Bola Strike fires toward the spot Rengar targeted ⇒ in the direction Rengar cast it.

is suppose to help it. But I personally hate the cast time at .25 again.. you have to cast it so early to land... I'd rather hover my mouse over the target the old way -_-
