Mastery Leaderboards and Tutor Mode

Two ideas I had, they're probably pretty common. Pretty self explanatory, the tutor thing could just be a queue where you get matched up with new players playing bots. It would be better if it was pvp, but I understand the problems associated with that. The players could rank their tutors after each game based on general helpfulness and friendliness, consistent bad scores will get you a ban from the mode, good scores could get an ip boost or similar reward. After playing on a couple of smurf accounts I get the feeling that new players aren't usually learning much from each game, most feedback is either negative or too vague.
