If you can ignore the blinking screen, You can see that Warwick can solo objectives with only Bloodrazor enchant and with chilling smite as well. The first dragon at lvl 4 and only starting items, and herald with only bloodrazor completed. Not sure if this is considered OP or not, just saying watch that wolf or you may regret it.

Warwick could do this before his rework, lol. He has always been one of if not the best at soloing objectives. He could take Baron by himself with pretty much no damage taken late game. It just took a while. I have no idea why your video seems surprised that he can solo herald.
Warwick is definitely the most efficient at soloing objectives. I'm not sure if he's broken or not. My first 2 ranked games with him went very well, but I also don't know how to build him.
