Auto checking system

Hello, I think I found a solution for the plz report evb on team wave, that hit rift. It kinda needs to be solved it is annoying, since you only need one report, it makes no sense to write about reports in the chat. But ppl don't get it somehow, but if you remove report button and just autocheck evb on every possible report, then people would not want to report each other finally.
