Beginner's Guide for Champions and Runes

This lengthy guide is intended to help newer players with finding the correct champion for them. Over 100 differenct champions can be quite overwhelming, having a summary of good and cheap champions will make the choice of which champion to buy (without spending 6300 IP on a "misfitting" champion) easier. Buying runes is not complicated, but a lot of new players still waste a lot of IP on the wrong runes. This is why I present the two most basic (AD & AP) runepages and talk about buying lower tier runes.
